I’m extremely happy with the painting and exterior work done on my house. The team did an outstanding job with the painting and stucco repairs. Their workmanship was excellent, and they paid great attention to detail, leaving everything looking neat, clean, and beautiful. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and completed the job as promised. Their rates were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. It’s hard to find a team that delivers such great results while being reliable, punctual, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for house painting, exterior work, or stucco repairs. I would definitely hire them again!
Fantastic work by the team, competitive pricing, had my kitchen remodeled along with a new sliding door and window. Everything came out wonderful, easy to communicate with and quick to give you a bid on your job. Would deal with again!
I hired Bay Renovation and Construction to help me prepare my house to be put on the market - I needed a few repairs completed in a short amount of time. I had a beam under my house replaced, toilets removed and new ones installed, cauking and indoor/ outdoor painting. I couln't be any happier with the results - the professionalism, communication, honest pricing and thoughtfulness with timing was all taken into account. I will definatly be using again in my new home!
After getting multiple quotes, we hired Bay Renovation and Construction to repair our siding that was getting deteriorated by rain that wasn’t being routed to the gutter and was causing issues internally. The work was done promptly and professionally! We were glad we got this fixed because it would’ve gotten worse and the gentleman was very easy to deal with and speak to. We plan on using these guys again in the future for all our renovations and construction needs!
I’ve hired Bay Renovation and Construction for numerous projects in my house for many years. Their work is excellent. They are always on time to begin a project and give me a detailed description of the work to be done, and a timeline for approximately how long the project will take. Their work is thorough, and they always clean up. I highly recommend Bay Renovation and Construction for your home projects.
I hired Bay Renovation and Construction originally to remodel my kitchen. I was thrilled with the result and all the extra (unique) touches. Detailed plan and estimate was provided initially. Helpful advice when selecting and purchasing new appliances/hardware. There were suggestions made as work continued (along with a quote if additional funds were required) that I would never have thought of on my own. I agreed to the majority and the end result was more beautiful than I ever imagined. I continued with Bay Renovation and Construction to update the rest of my condo after additional plans and quotes were submitted. My bedroom, living/dining area, closet and bathroom were also taken down to the studs and again the end result was stunning. Examples: custom bookshelves in my bedroom, amazing molding around window and door frames, Italian stonework, lighting, shelving in the closet. I also loved the paint colors (and textures) in each room. I have a hard time selecting colors and I absolutely love what was suggested, and I agreed to. The end result was so much more than I expected going into this project. I also appreciate the exterior work (paint and new frame) that was done after bathroom window was installed. I absolutely could not be more satisfied with their work ethic, honesty and patience given during this project.
My wife and I hired Bay Renovation and Construction, very happy with the results. Definitely recommend and will use again soon.
